I was completely enthralled in this book from the first page. Although the story took me on so many ups and downs (sometimes yelling for Lily to smarten up), I understood the struggle she faced which resulted in my respecting her a lot more as the story progressed. Colleen Hoover novels are always a great read that draw you in early, and it's hard to put the book down. Looking forward to the continuation of Atlas' story this Fall.

A gut-wrenching read. Every sentence in this book was placed with care.
Graphic: Domestic abuse

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. Why am I the only 2 star review?

3.5 stars, but I’m rounding up because of how personal this story was to CoHo! Naked truth: I enjoyed the story of Lily and Atlas via her journal entries more than the rest of the story... Atlas alone deserves the 4 star rating! Overall it kept me turning the page, and even though I caught myself rolling my eyes a lot... I enjoyed it...
