Excellent detective story in the WH40k universe. The mystery is well written and the story does have a happy ending (in a certain way). If you are tired of Bolter and Chainsword, this is a very good alternative, where zome elements of the universe barely come through, but still makes the setting feel like the universe it is in.

An excellent detective story, that is improved by -- but not dependent on -- a working knowledge of the Warhammer:40K universe. The change of venue (and no damned Space Marine xenophobic chest-thumpery!) is very refreshing; I haven't been this thrilled reading a Warhammer-esqe novel in a fairly long time.

Greatly looking forward to seeing where this series goes in the future.

A truly satisfying crime thriller set in the grim dark dystopian cyberpunk universe of Warhammer 40k.

Good character depth. Plenty of moving parts and lots of guessing to be done.
This is a quick paced book and a good entry to the Warhammer Crime branch. Definitely recommend.
