I don’t have words to describe this. It’s so raw and extremely well-written at the same time. She basically recounts the events surrounding her abortion as well as the event itself. I’ve read this book in the original language so I don’t what the English version is like. But besides the beautiful writing skills, the story is definitely worth reading.
It describes an experience which is so singular but at the same all people who’ve lived through a similar experience can relate to. I think that even people with uteruses in general will feel a certain connection with her story.
