I’m not sure how I feel about this book. It was a fun romp in metaphysical worlds. It definitely answered some questions about the Library. I didn’t love it as much as I enjoyed the first book though…

Finally!!! The last book of the Invsible Library is here, and it is my opinion that it NEEDS to be read in order!
Books one to three of the series, were amazing!! Our espionage librarian, Irene Winters would go retrieving books, and journey into various worlds and time zones. Kai, Vale, and Catherine are all that keep Irene sane, throughout the series. All the death threats, traps, and political drama have twisted our favorite librarian into a political spy.
The Library has definitely assumed a more political role in the ongoing power struggle between Dragons and Fae.
Irene's personal relationship with Alberich, which should have played the main point in this book, after all the volleying from book one.
Aunt Isra returns to this book and boy does she have a story to tell!
Irene and Kai admit how they feel about each other. Irene finds out who her mother in the Library is. Catherine feels something is wrong with the Library and tries explaining it to Irene, but Irene doesn't remember until Kai tells her the same thing is happening to her in their world.
Irene solves the biggest question of who or what is running the Library.
The author did a fantastic job creating a satisfying ending for those who have witnessed these characters from the start and wished for their happy ending or those to just die. lol
Miss Genieveve Cogman, you have played with my emotions and imaginations, and I thank you for the wonderful rollercoaster you brought me on!

A great end to the series - I loved how all the threads have come together, and the deeper mysteries woven through have come to light. I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters though, that I've been with from the very beginning. I can't believe we've reached the end! And there will be no more releases in the horizon for me to greet like old friends - I'd love to meet them again someday, and am defintely satisfied with how I imagine their lives will go on after the events of the series.
