This is probably more of a 4 ⭐️ but we meet Vivi, we get the first appearance of Ms. All Sunday, we get Luffy vs Zoro, and we meet Broggy and Dorry. Can't help but love it.

(I had to read scanlations of this because some sillyface had borrowed volume 13 from the library, so the translations were just a little worse than normal).
Again, not really a review, more like a recap for me.
Zoro fights the Baroque Works, beats them to a pulp, actually. Luffy comes around, gets angry that Zoro would dare harm the hospitable peoples of Whiskey Peak. The two Mugiwara superpowers duke it out, repeatedly harming Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentine in the process. Nami proves to be the absolute strongest character of One Piece. No, seriously. She totally is.
Oh! And the first ever appearance of Ms. All Sunday! Fabulous woman, that All Sunday.
