Not sure how I feel about this one yet, on the one hand I loved the action but I really didn't like how Cade was acting like a jerk for the entire book. I'll have to think on it

I believe my first taste of Taran Matharu's work was a short story collection called A Thousand Beginnigs and Endings. He wrote a short story based on the Mahabahara for it. A story that has elements of this series in it.

And while I liked both, there is a part of me that cannot help but think that the ending of this story doesn't quite fit right. And I can't say why. Perhaps I'm just saddened by the darker ending than I would have preferred.
