this was a surprising read!!! it was so funny like laugh out loud at parts but also moments that were sweet & sincere. the last poem about his brother is one that will stay with me! fun & quick read!

How can someone make anxiety so funny and yet so painfully relatable? I’ll come back to these poems many, many times. I can already declare this book as one of the best purchases of 2022.

I was honestly not a fan of these poems. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I didn't feel that they helped or reflected my experiences. They were a bit out of touch in my opinion. Might be more enjoyable to another person, unfortunately just not for me.
