Fun little romance! It's neat how Christina Lauren books always have fun, sort of random plots. In this case, the treasure hunt element was really cute and different in the storyline. I loved the setting of the story taking place in the wilderness, middle of nowhere adventures. In general, I think I wanted to feel greater depth to the flashbacks between Lily and Leo, so that I was even further invested in their romance, but, overall, a good beach read sort of romance.

very inspired to hike through the wilderness in the pursuit of love and treasure hunting. lily and leo’s second chance story is so full of adventure and fun, it was hard to put this down!!! treasure hunting, love, and betrayal, how could i not enjoy this?? is this the best thing i’ve ever read? no. however, did i have an incredible time? very big yes <3 i can always count on christina lauren for a silly little romance book, one of my fav authors for sure.
