Unlike Serpieri, Manara does not waste time with complicated plots. And his erotica is "softer". But there seems to be an underlying subversion. His female characters' helplessness facing their uncontrolable libido is like an exposure of a monolitich heterossexual-male gaze. After the first "Click", the idea is just repeated over and over again. His style is worthhwile, specially in other works, like the stunning "Revoir Les Étoiles", but in works like this one there isn't much more than his style.

Meh. Good artwork, but the plot is so meh. "Let's use tech as a disguise for glamorizing abuse."
