Holy fooking fuck!!! I have no idea how I feel about this duet.
I loved it.
Although, I feel like I was the one being manipulated the entire time. I felt my heart break, then it was lifted only to be crushed once again.
Shay was incredibly troubled and I still don't know if I love him or hated him. There were moments where you could see the good in him. My heart truly broke for him.
The ending tore me to shreds and yet it was beautiful. Dylan Page did an amazing job. This duet was dark but it is by far one of my top reads of the year. It is going to live rent free in my head for a long time now.

Knowing how much I love dark romances with possessive & obsessive heroes. I think this duet was supposed to be what I need it.
Oh and it kind of rode that wave of I’m liking it and what am I reading.
But I think it’s once when I realised I had an inkling that our heroine I was being groomed I just switched off my light.
First I thought I was being a little too into the story and I was seeing things that weren’t creepy. Buy a certain situations became much more clearer my intuition is right and I just can’t continue.
Pause although I was very intrigued to wait to see you back and forth of the past. Most of the present wasn’t that appealing.
Oh and it kind of rode that wave of I’m liking it and what am I reading.
