Gollum didn't deserve that. Merry and Eowyn were so good. Such a good trilogy.

Faramir Favorite was robbed.

He walks out of Boromir's shadow and right into Aragorn's.

Finishing LOTR feels like saying goodbye to an old friend. This 3rd part is a remarkable conclusion to an epic journey that truly began with Bilbo in The Hobbit. I laughed, I nearly cried, and I mourned and rejoiced. Anything said about the plot would risk spoiling part of the adventure, climax, and ending of Frodo and his friends. Side-note: the appendices are MUST-read to truly finish the tale and understand everything. Now, I shall be thankful Tolkien left behind more books within the Middle-Earth realm for us to explore.
