The end to the Twisted series…. Christian is probably my favourite of the Twisted men 🥵 The morally grey MMC i didn’t know i needed

This story was a slow burn to me, and the fact it took me like more than 60% of the book to get why Christian even LIKED Stella made it a bit hard to connect. The writing felt a bit repetitive at times after this being the 4th book. This book easily could’ve been 100 pages shorter

Once they did build their deeper bond, ngl I absolutely cried at
Spoilerwhen Christian wrote notes for her every night and opened up about his Grandma. That shit hit me in my feels tbh
and I ended up loving them together.

Don’t get me started with
Spoiler the super quick HEA with marriage, babies for almost everyone and their pregnant too…. I’m sorry but Christian as a Dad?? plz no??
Anyways pretty bow ending to the Twisted series

Ms 3rd act break up is back again with her 4th installment of the Twisted Series!
Stella and Christian were actually my favorite couple outside of Bridget and Rhys. Suuuuuper cringey, but the spice scenes were really spicing🌶️

This is definitely my least favorite story line of the 4 books, it felt way too similar to the first with Ava’s storyline. I was a little disappointed about that, because I loved the others so much. Christian feels like a far less fleshed out version of Alex. There was so much more back story and character development in the other books that this one felt more like an after thought. Still love this author, but unfortunately this was a minor let down.

I loved Christian and Stella!

Seeing how different Christian treated Stella was amazing. I loved seeing how gentle he was and how much he cared for her. The slow burn of their relationship made a lot of sense, especially with everything that Stella was dealing with. Christian being protective of her was so sweet and new for him. I loved watching them figure it out together.

I  will say that the main conflict was a bit anticlimactic. Based on how much the book was going on about it, I expected more.

this series has a chokehold over me & I will absolutely never be over it!!! I was beyond ready for stella and christian’s story, and it did not disappoint 👏🏼

christian is my favorite allusive morally grey character (and in my head he’s ben barnes okay 🥵)! I know he gets a lot of hate for being overprotective and literally willing to unalive people for looking at those he cares about the wrong way … BUT he has a heart of gold and he can do no wrong in my book

I’m whipped it’s fine

just like my queen stella!! she’s an inspiration, an icon, and she deserves to feel like the legend that she is! dealing with concepts of being an influencer, I loved that ideas such as creating fake content and “asking for it” just because your profile is public were a huge part of the plot. it’s important to treat everyone like a human being!!!

however, I think my favorite scenes were those with jules, ava, and bridget (and their boyfriends of course) ☺️ AND with dante and vivian! having already read KING OF WRATH, I appreciated how it all tied together but also set up the plot for those who haven’t read it yet!

the suspense wasn’t as intense or shocking as I would have liked, but it certainly kept my intrigue up for 500+ pages

ana huang has solidified herself as an auto buy author for me, and I need her to write more ASAP!!
