I have all three of these graphic novels and I've loved them much as I love the books, but I have never before given myself credit for reading them.
Since I got sidetracked reading them all today I think I'll give myself a bit of credit for it. :)

Anne McCaffrey is the quintessential writer of fantasy books pertaining to dragons. These books are always wonderful, well written, and perfectly characterized. All of her series are great but the ones that take place on Pern are the best of all. This particular title is not among my top faves by her but it is still a great read.

I first read this over 25 years ago as a formative tadpole. It's still every bit as good as I remember and was a massive influence.
