another day, another volume! we get two new characters this time, tho they're still a big mystery (i don't even remember their names from reading it before fksjfkdk), and the series pulls back a bit on the romance to focus on building the world and fleshing out the characters more. i really liked it a lot! getting to see more of tomoe, mizuki, and kurama's histories, more people getting involved with or noticing the shrine, nanami making an effort to really see and learn her new responsibilities as the shrine goddess... real good stuff
rlly the key to good romances - and good stories in general - is when characters still have their own lives and ambitions outside of it, and seeing where those intersect and separate with their loves. same goes for the world they live in! you gotta see that things exist outside of these characters' daily lives, even just for a short while

This volume was more of a scene setter for the final chapter; preparing for a festival, meeting a mysterious figure who gives Nanami a challenge which she sorta passes
The festival itself was fun, though I wish it had been 2 chapters! The dance was beautiful though, and it was awesome to see the different types of demons coming to watch

Kolejny tom za mną, koniec tych, których będę robić reread, też się zbliża nieustannie. Gdy na razie fabuła rozwija się powoli, etapami, trudno mówić czegoś, aby się nie powtarzać, więc tutaj powiem coś, co nie było wcześniej. To, jak ślicznie są narysowane postacie kobiece w kimonach i innych takich strojach, jest po prostu magiczne i cudownie wpasowuje się w klimat. To tyle ode mnie, bo inne słowa są po prostu zbędne.
