Plot-wise, this one jumped around a bit and wasn't always super clear, but it was still a nice read!

continuing to love this series, it's like an older non-camping companion to lumberjanes. 4 stars

I didn’t enjoy this as much as the first one but it was still good, I don’t really know what’s going on at the moment but I still enjoy everything the characters do!

the story of three friends at university in Nottingham continues, in this fun instalment, I really enjoyed when Daisy starts channeling Friday Night Lights and the continuing challenge for Esther in being a goth.

The first two chapters are an insanely wild ride, that honestly made me grin. It's awesome that while the forefront of this ends up being about romance a lot of the time. The core is friends supporting friends.
Even when they might not be doing their best at it. While Daisy does try to support Esther through the relationship she is in, it's also evident Daisy needs her own help. and therefore is kinda a terrible resource for Esther to lean on.

Also it's still a big shock to see them drinking in the Residence Halls. I don't know if or when that will stop causing me to double take.
