Mantendré lo que le di cuando lo leí, aunque ya tenga años pero sin duda fue uno de los libros por los que me metí mucho en la fantasía urbana en esos tiempos por sus escenas de acción y magia.

Fast paced without major tragedy. New characters are great. Resolutions all around.
Ending is a great bringing it all together as well as setting up the next series.

The last book in The Mortal Instruments series and a wonderful conclusion to the storyline of Clary and Jace and the crew. This book was long, and at many times felt slow, but it was wrapped up together in the best of all ways. There was a large focus on the love lives between the characters but I’m glad that they were atleast mostly together throughout the series instead of in different areas or in broken up groups. I did enjoy the addition of Emma and the Blackthorn children to the mix with the plug in for a new series involving Emma and Julian. Sebastian was truly one of the worst villains with his need to ruin the whole world and have Clary by his side, no matter the cost or who it impacted. I truly couldn’t figure out what Clary and Jace were up to  by the end, but it was a wonderful twist of events INCLUDING what happened with Sebastian, which partially redeemed him and almost made me wish he didn’t die. Simon’s hero act was perfect and heartbreaking but was exactly the way to make it all work out. Honestly, there was so much that happens in this book that it’s hard to put to words in a shortened review, as I felt sadness and joy with the rollercoaster of events. The epilogue might be my favorite with getting Tessa and Simon. And Zachariah stealing Church. I truly enjoyed this series as a whole but I may not miss these characters like I thought I would.

yeah okay wow the ending. yup the world was so immersive. I got confuse everytime I close the book, I needed time to readjust back to the real world.

It was so good!!! The ending made me cry so much! Also the part talking about Will Herondale! That made me cry too!

I love how there’s small snippet of entangle plot and family tree in this finale book with other shadowhunter series. Definitely amazing! How does Cassie Clare do this?!

AMAZING! GO READ IT!!
