I don't really know what to say about this book. It was really, really good. I love all the characters so much, and their dynamics really shined through in this book. We got to learn some more about each of them and got to know them better. Oliver's relationship with Rhett is so interesting to me, so that was interesting to unpack a little bit more in this book, but I am so invested in all of the characters and their relationships. The four of them care for each other so much and so well, and they have great communication (even when a situation gets rocky or escalates, they know when to step back and cool down so they don't take it too far), as well as such a good understanding of each other and willingness to learn the things they don't already know. This book was definitely the darkest in the series so far, so make sure to check the content warnings, even if the previous books weren't at all triggering for you. I'm very interested to see if the books continue to get darker and how the overall story progresses.
