A quick and interesting biography, nicely illustrated. It doesn't go into exaggerated pathos but rather focuses on the chronological facts and the theme of the evolution of society towards blind-deaf people and their education. It also focuses on the relationships Hellen Keller developed with her teacher Annie and other people who helped her navigate the unadapted society of the time and who became close friends and life partners.
