This was so slow, and the ending was annoyingly inconclusive.
Moderate: Medical content, Medical trauma, and Abandonment
Minor: Abortion and Pregnancy

Only my second book by Jodi Picoult, but I really enjoyed it! I may not have bawled my eyes out, but it was a striking book about the ups and downs of parenting, marriage, and finding out who you are as a person.
I think some parts were a bit slower, but once it got going, it was far easier to keep reading and getting through the book. It was interesting how the different scraps of the present and past were introduced, and how the perspectives of Nicholas and Paige were written. All in all, a good read!
