The two first stories were just okay, but the last two blew my mind. I absolutely loved them. Didn't expect to feel horrified. The last stories made me feel uncomfortable, tense and uneasy, which was exactly what I wanted to feel. Loved the twists. The artwork was amazing for the entire manga.

Well that was a bit underwhelming.. Still weird, but not as weird as the other Junji Ito stuff I've read.
The Spirit Flow of Aokigahara is probably the reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 2.

3.5 stars. A good collection of classic Junji Ito style shorts, I favor the first two, but is nothing overly groundbreaking. However, I do appreciate that these stories were developed during lockdown from ideas found in old notes and propose, as usual, disturbing yet interesting worldbuliding possibilities.
