First graphic novel for me & definitely won't be the last either.
Who knew a graphic novel would be so enticing and interesting to read.
As well as this being fun to read, learned a lot about the history of Iran.
There are some funny moments here and there too.
Definitely recommend this book. Super easy to follow and fun to read.

Funny, engaging and heartbreaking. I loved the way the story was told and think it is a practically perfect example of the power and tradition within humanity of storytelling. I loved all the characters and their imperfections and think it brought a really human angle to something we often just see as statistics. The art style was also incredible. It was very dense for a graphic novel and i loved that!!
