I liked this more than the first book in the series. The chemistry between the female and male leads was much more natural. I’m always up for a good “jock and the geek” story too. I felt it wrapped up a little fast but was an enjoyable friends to lovers slice of high school romance with a side of the “fake dating” trope for good measure.
