This was not what I was expecting at all. It's just a list of questions for each chapter of her other book. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just not what I was looking for.

great addition to fasting library

I’d highly recommend getting this book when you get Delay Don’t Deny. Or using it in a book blurb type read through. It’s full of great information and will enhance your understanding of fasting 100%.
