Roald Dahl devotee and yet I didn't fall all over in love with this story and I don't know why. It happens.

Ronin gives 109 stars. His favorite part is that the fox will never be shot again ❤️

If I am rating writing skills and story line than it is enjoyable. But if I am rating what a child should read then I am quite sure they should not learn that stealing , hiding and killing is okey . I will not read it to my children but adults will be quite different

Lovely sense of humour and an amazing revenge story. A fox, who's stereotypically sly and cunning, turns into the guy you're rooting for. Roald Dahl manages to teach us, in a very simple way, how to see things from different perspectives and feel empathy towards unlikely characters, all in 80 pages. Brilliant!
