I thought it was a good retelling although I didn't know it would be a modern retelling. Definitely love the possessive villain nature of Hook! It is the perfect read for anyone who fell in love with Hook from OUAT!

This is like if you give 13 year old teen girl to write a book, and she is obsessed with dark romance/enemies-to-lovers romance, and you will get this. Is it surprising that zionist have written this badly written book...hmm no.

I really enjoyed this book and read it in less than 12 hours!
