Without the high sexual tension the romance lost a bit of luster. The book has more action and yet somehow wasn’t as thrilling? It was decent enough but I liked the first book better.

Just like it's predecessor, Her Revenge did not disappoint! The spice was red hot and Cari along with her four delicious Husbands are ready to take on the Komg of the Shattered Isle and stop his from waging war in their kingdom. The storyline did not let up, particularly with more back story to some characters and also some great development I really, really enjoyed this. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a spicy fiction duology!
