Certainly made me think about habits and why we do the things we do, and how difficult it can be to change just one thing given how all our social interactions are built upon alcohol. I read this also after hearing an interview with Terri Gross from NPR's Fresh Air with a doctor of neuroscience who talked about how our brains handle addiction and how long it can take for the brain to rewire itself (6-9 months)
