I kept wanting someone to pop up and shoot the main characters but, sadly, they live at the end. I haven't read Danielle Steel since I was a teenager and I don't remember it being so boring. If you get anything from this novel it will be that the main character has a sixth sense when it comes to fashion. I think 125 of the pages are simply that sentence written over and over. But hey at least this character's grief means she doesn't have an appetite so stays skinny! YAY!
