"My Broken Demon," the first book in the Demons of New York series. Trust me, it hits you right in the feels from the very start.

Seriously, those first few chapters will have you experiencing all the emotions. Julias, the ultimate bad boy, is such a mysterious and intriguing character. You can't help but root for him, you know? And the connection between him and Kate? Fiery and intense.

What I loved is how the story taps into those first love feelings we've all experienced. Kate's special bond with Julias is so relatable. But man, it's tough seeing her go through the aftermath of him leaving. On the flip side, witnessing her growth and inner strength is empowering.

Let me tell you, Ian's character stole my heart. I wish there were more of him, but hey, I'm pumped that Lexi's story is up next. Can't wait for that!

Trust me, this is a must-read. It easily gets a solid 4.5 ⭐️ rating from me.

This is my first time reading Daisy Thorn, and I’m so glad I did! This book held my attention the entire time and it was a real page turner- I love her writing style and cannot wait for more!

Just to give you a heads-up, you'll encounter insta love, second chance vibes, loads of angst, a bad boy biker/dancer as the male main character, an age gap, a virgin female main character, and a captivating dancer, and a New York setting.

Oh, and let's not forget the spiciness factor: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Daisy Thorn is a newish author and while I’ve seen her writing develop significantly, the tropes and the plot just aren’t for me.
