This book is WILD.

I remember the movie being all the rage, but never watched it and had never considered reading the book until I saw it as part of a sale at the bookstore. I’m so glad I finally read it - I loved it.

Part 1 was interesting to me - I always wanted to know what was going to happen, but I was fine reading a chapter or two at a time. But once I got to the end of Part 1, I literally finished the rest of the book in one sitting. I loved all of the twists, and loved discovering more and more about who Amy and Nick really are.

I’m very excited to watch the movie now, too!

After I finished the book, my final thought was simply, “Good for her.” Overall it was strangely enjoyable and at times humorous. I actually liked the cunning, if disturbed, main character Amy and found the story’s conclusion satisfying.

I feel utterly and completely manipulated by Ms. Gillian Flynn!! Could not fucking believe the mindfuck of a roller coaster ride and don't get me started on how the story ended. In-fucking-sane!!!! I'm too freaking emotional to even give it any star rating!!

Two sentences about this book - Nick is a spineless pussy. Amy is a psycho bitch. Two of the most disgustingly annoying characters I've ever read about!! No empathy or sympathy from me for either of them. They fucking deserve each other. Urgh!!!!

Some very crazy twists in this book. I would think I had it somewhat figured out, and then a curve ball would be thrown that landed right back at the guessing game. Definitely a suspenseful read.

Had to see what all the hype was about. Good story, intriguing plot- especially since I had no clue what it was about ( I live in a pop culture cave! ) Kept me interested.

Warning!!! If you were verbally abused and find yourself sensitive to rage and cursing well maybe do not listen to the audiobook... my mistake. That triggered me hard.
