A few interesting ideas mixed with a ton of stereotype. The writing style varies from bland to sophomoric. I can't abide misused words. For example, please look up the definition of "bequest", Mr Nayes.

I did finish this book, but I won't be reading any more books by the this author.

Great reads!

I've read this book "Abominable" and "Smilidon" (i hope I spelled it correct), and they both are worth purchasing! Great reads, they put the reader into the minds of the animal's mind and in the minds of the key players of the story.

Okay book, but couldn't finish. Graphic dog death scene, and then once that's over protagonist unexpectedly thinks back on it with more emphasis on the gore and brutality. Couldn't handle it.
