Another 5⭐️ read by Mhairi McFarlane. Absolutely loved this one and of course I cried, as usual. Can’t get enough of everything she writes—the perfect blend of clever and heart-wrenchingly relatable. Cal and Harriet forever.

This was a fun, fluffy yet engaging read. It was exactly what I needed to get out of a reading slump and makes me want to read more of the author’s work. Her writing and characters are really accessible and, more than that, she also tackles themes of abuse and grief in a sensitive and enlightening manner.
Graphic: Emotional abuse
Minor: Vomit
