Moderate: Alcohol, Cursing, Medical content, and Sexual harassment
Minor: Incest, Death of parent, Slavery, and Animal cruelty
Though it's never treated in text as unwanted or nonconsentual, the sex life of the main characters isn't great consent-wise. The first time they sleep together, one appears drunk (his characterization lead to fans speculating that he'd sobered up, but as far as I know there's no canonical consensus), and the next time the other voices protests that go largely ignored, though he never truly dislikes it. Nothing awful, but proceed with caution.spiritedfaraway's review against another edition

Graphic: Sexual content, Alcoholism, Blood, Body horror, Child abuse, Cursing, Death, Death of parent, Emotional abuse, Genocide, Gore, Grief, Homophobia, Kidnapping, Medical content, Medical trauma, Murder, Panic attacks/disorders, Physical abuse, Suicide, Torture, and Violence
Moderate: Sexual assault, Self harm, and Ableism
Minor: Incest, Rape, Cannibalism, Eating disorder, and Child death
Sexually explicit scenes are in chapters chapter 95, chapter 111, and chapter 112 and those chapters can be easily skipped if you'd rather not read them. Also, work/death camp-like setting, very dubious consent, and corporal punishment.lutorta's review against another edition
