This isn't the strongest book by Jeff Foster, and I couldn't really care for the poetry. I was already familiar with the way that Jeff communicates his message through his talks and his other book, "The Wonder of Being".
This book, again, feels way too repetitive and is largely a mashup of different ideas from spirituality.
There are some disturbing sentences in the book, where I was just shaking with my head in disbelief. Just three examples I quickly grabbed:
- "... care so much that you no longer care what happens to you."
-  "The device of our torture becomes our salvation. Remember Jesus on the cross."
- "In time, you will forget everything, except how to die, and how to love."

He also gives random examples from your point of view, which to be honest felt very odd to me, alongside marks like "my child", "soldier" and some more.

Jeff communicates the awareness/consciousness-only-model with some of his own ideas. Seemingly, he doesn't give too much about concepts, but reinforces some concepts by calling them facts (for example: there is only consciousness). He happily announces that you should throw away all concepts and ideas that you hold onto, but then goes on describing more of his ideas.

Don't get me wrong, there are also some nice bits in here, but if you had your fair share of spirituality and non-duality books, and are fed up with them, then this book is redundant in my opinion. :)
