I enjoyed this introduction to Event Leviathan. I’m interested in seeing where it goes, and ultimately, who or what Leviathan is. For me, the Jimmy Olsen section pulled down the story. I don’t see myself picking up his spin off. It’s appeal is geared towards those who enjoy a “Sunday Funnies” type of comic book. It’s cartoonish style is simply not for me. I am, however, looking forward to Rucka and Perkins’s Lois Lane run.
