This is the best book in the #wrinkleintimequintet so far! I loved that all the characters are older, Meg for one is way more tolerable in this book that she was in the previous two. I enjoyed time traveling to discover the lore, and family history all to save the world! Easy 5/5 this is definitely an early example of my current reading tastes being cultivated. I remember loving this book best when I read them as a child!

Fantastic! Though a little hard to follow. Reminds me of Cloud Atlas (I wonder if this was an influence?).

I really enjoyed [b:A Wrinkle in Time|33574273|A Wrinkle in Time (Time Quintet, #1)|Madeleine L'Engle|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1507963312l/33574273._SX50_.jpg|948387], I did not really enjoy [b:A Wind in the Door|10351434|A Wind in the Door (Time Quintet, #2)|Madeleine L'Engle|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1328311486l/10351434._SX50_.jpg|1196035], and unfortunately A Swiftly Tilting Planet followed A wind in the Door.
It had a promising start, but then it fell right off for me, while I did enjoy it better than a Wind in the Door, it was still... just not for me.
At this point I think I'm going to abandon this series.

i loved a wrinkle in time, but the longer the series goes on the more biblical it gets. i also really think they did meg such a dirty by
Spoiler making her just a pregnant side character — she could have been an incredible mathematician!!
. so i don’t think i’ll be reading the next two books in the quintet, but i’m glad i revisited these three.

Just when I thought she couldn't, Maldeleine L'Engle did it again
