I honestly adore every single poem Nikita writes. Her words awaken things in my soul like no other. She is my favourite poet and her poems never disappoint. This book was no exception! Each section struck a different chord in my heart and it was exactly what my soul needed right now. I know I will come back to this book time and time again when I need the magic of her words!

I always enjoy Nikkita Gill's poetry and this collection did not disappoint! I love the references to nature in regards to stars, storms, and the cosmos. It explores themes such as loving oneself and not being apologetic for all the messy parts of ourselves. It was empowering and the cadence was soothing. My only complaint was that some poems in each section felt a little redundant at times and thus lessened their impact.

A lovely design using the theme of different elements of the universe. That’s about the best I can say. The content itself was very mediocre with a few gems, mostly repetitive. Each theme could have been limited to the 2 best poems at most.
“What if I told you
for this moment between us,
the whole universe
had to be created”
“All the darkness of the night
is no match for a single candle
that refuses to die out”
“We have calcium in our bones,
iron in our veins,
carbon in our souls,
and nitrogen in our brains.
93 percent stardust,
with souls made of flames,
we are all just stars
that have people names”

For the first time, I feel like I should be careful how I give a review to a book! I feel like this one is pretty good but somehow felt bland. I did feel connected in some way to a lot of the poems and others felt great, but that's all that it was for me!
its a book that I would read only once for sure I guess, short and good :)

Very inspiring.
You do not belong to the monster that hides inside your chest
It belongs to you, and you belong only to yourself
Finished this book in one sitting.
Most people say the words in this book are repetitive but I don't think they are at all.
I enjoyed reading this in my office.
