If you want dirty deets about the Robertson men, then this book is NOT for you! These women are not here to gossip, but did explain some of their struggles, however they spent a lot of time not only praising God, but praising their husbands and each other. They are wonderful examples of godly wives with awesome advice and consistently sharing their faith. 5 stars!!

I listened to this as an audiobook and I really enjoyed it! It was read by all 5 ladies at various parts. It was nice to hear their perspectives on what has happened to their families, and they were very candid about the hardships that their relationships have been through.

The women of the Robertson family tell how they met their husband's, the trials they've endured, and the strength they all have: through God, His Word, and each other. There were a few endearing stories, but compared to unPhiltered, this book just didn't do anything for me.

It was nice to read the perceptive of all the women, but sometimes it was annoying cause it wasn’t clear who was talking when. Maybe if each lady had a different font or something.

Would have loved to meet Si's wife! Overall this book was a little too sugary for me, but I enjoyed hearing Lisa's voice as well as the others'.

I didn't expect to like this book, but I did. I am not a huge fan of Duck Dynasty - she show seems quite staged at times (however Si is hilarious), but I found this book in a $1 bin and decided to pick it up. It was sweet, and Miss Kay and her daughters-in-law are all such lovely people. It was an easy read, and I finished it quickly.
