Via Levar Burton Reads. Interesting story that puts an interesting perspective on things. While I am listening to it in 2022 with pandemic persisting, I can imagine how this story felt at the time of the original podcast release. It is thought provoking an challenges one's perspective in a good way.

I listened to this on LeVar Burton Reads, and as always, he leaves me with food for thought afterwards: "I don't know if we're better at being humans than we've ever been in our past history. I just don't think we've gotten appreciably better at being humans, certainly not to one another. "
