Very good read. I really liked Brutus. He reminded me a little of Darth vader or snape. He did what he did for the good of someone else, in this case, the Whole of Rome. Defenitly a good book, and I would defenitely recomend reading it. it is only 200 pages, and half of those are notes or words you need to know. Go for it!

I will review this book once we're done with working with it in class. Promise.

Update: Sept. 26th.

My feelings about this book has changed, since working with it for 3 weeks. I like it better, I guess. Because I liked it before, but as it often happens when you work with a book for several weeks, you get into the small details. And the more we discussed the characters, the themes, the words, the setting - or lack thereof - the more I started to like this play of Shakespeare's. Because there's so much more to it than a regent getting murdered and an ensuing civil war. It's human. It's complex, where it seems simple and I love it.

So I've actually rated it a bit higher now. Because it is that good. And it deservs the kind of attention to detail that comes from giving yourself time. Which I didn't the first time around.
