Spencer deserved better! Out of all of the Mr’s in this series, Spencer Jones was by far the most lovable of the three. So it was a shame to see him with such an incredibly childish and often insufferable FMC. Charlotte had many strengths, but eventually her antics just made it difficult to root for her. The spice was great and I think Spencer is one of Swan’s best male leads, but unfortunately the FMC just took too much away from what this story could’ve been.

So it could have been way shorter. I was surprised to see I was only half way through at one point. The pacing was off. Overall it was sort of your typical age gap forbidden love story. I was really disappointed in the MCs relationship with her best friend.

Honestly I was going to try to finish it but the guy is just such an asshole I was really struggling. The fmc is just annoying and floaty and forgave him way too easily for stuff, but she did some questionable things too. My favourite part was the youngest kid and that can’t really get move through the book.

Another book from the series down. I know I’m reading it out of order, but I truly do like this series. I think Julian is getting great at parenting and love! Bree is definitely right for him and his children!
