Dnfed at 10%, may come back to it someday but was really disappointed in Morana. Her character just seemed… stupid.
The very beginning of the book she’s trying to steal back a set of codes she created because she’s “a genius,” but then when she confronts THE ENEMY about said codes, she tells him how powerful they are?? Like, why would you divulge in so much detail how much damage the codes could do?
Then she goes somewhere she’s saying the ENTIRE TIME “this seems like a trap, but maybe it’s not.” Well, surprise bitch. It’s a trap.
Also when she did go try “try and steal back her codes,” she just seemed incredibly novice/weak. Like, what were you seriously about to do??
Lol like I said, I might try to come back to it because I’ve heard good things overall about this series/author, but… idk.
