I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!!!!

When you first meet Blaire, she is going to go live with her dad, because of her mom passing away. But when she gets to her "dads house"(You will understand why I did that, when you read the book)Blaire meets Rush. OMG! Rush is sexy as hell!!!

I literally read this book within 24 hrs! It was that good, and it just pulls you in!

At the end of the book you will have a Rush Crush too!!!!!

They've warn me... but I didn't listen.

How. Just How? I don't get it. I liked Vincent Boys, I loved Existence (at least book 1). Why is this book so ... I don't even have the word for it, because I don't wanna be offensive.

And what's with the high rate? Don't get it either.

Since the sixth of April I have been picking up books without being able to finish them and this book was my sweet escape from the reading slump I had this month so this is already a pro ( for me) . The journey with this book was short and fun. I loved reading it and couldn't put it down. It was addictive in its own way regardless of its flaws , speaking of which , what I did not like about this book is that it wasn't only insta-love( or love at first sight or whatever it is )but it was also mainly physical attraction throughout the whole book. We as readers do not know anything about Rush apart of his parties , his father and that the girls are all over him .And for Blaire and Rush as characters they also do not know anything about each other so please Rush don't tell me you're already in love with her after only 2 weeks , you're in love with her body : that I get. I don't get love at first sight /insta-love , I can't wrap my head around them. Sometimes they are well written so I just overlook the idea but this was too much, it got me frustrated sometimes . however I can't deny how much I enjoyed reading the book (which was surprising) and I am definitely continuing the series.

WOW! Did I not see THAT coming! This is full of drama and throws things at you from every angle!

Blaire, from the first page shows you she can, and has been taking care of herself for quite some time now: “My truck door was jerked open. On instinct, I reached under the seat and grabbed my nine-millimetre. I swung it up and directly at the intruder, holding it with both hands ready to pull the trigger.” She is probably one of the first teenage female characters I've seen in a while that doesn't put up with shit, and adjusts her own life to suit everyone around her.

Rush treated her like shit for quite some time. He made her sleep in a cupboard under the stairs, behind the pantry. Refused to make sure she knew where to bathe herself, what she could or couldn't eat, and never bothered to tell her when he would be bringing some girl over to bone. Now, this book is all the step siblings hooking up, and from the mention of Nanette being his 'sister' I INSTANTLY thought this kid had some sick fetish for step siblings, and was boning her too. I mean, everyone was pitying her, and knew he would be going for her and all that jazz. So don't judge me for thinking he was some creepy scum bag. Because in the end, he wasn't the scummy kid I thought he was, but he was still pretty scummy. Granted, he did things for his sister. BUT, he should have come clean with Blaire, especially before he started boning her. Maybe around the same time she was talking of her mother? Yeah, perfect time ASSHOLE! While saying that, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM!

Oh my god, my wee little heart BROKE for that boy! Why oh why did she tell him to leave! And after goodbye sex! That's so cruel when he says he loves you! Either way, in the end, she needs to lay blame for everything on her father. He's the ONLY one at fault. He allowed EVERYTHING to happen, and he's the one who ran out on both women. So FUCK him. I will definitely be continuing this series as it was too good to get away from.

3.5/4 stars
Emotions, angst and pretty good writing. A really annoying heroine. But maybe it's just me, i find so many of the contemporary/NA/Erotica heroines of the books that are being published these days annoying. So it's probably me.
That wouldn't stop me from continuing to the next one ASAP :))
