Loving this series! Hockey romance is my new fave. I also love surprise pregnancy, the predictability is comforting.

Better Than Expected

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep reading after the prologue. But I did and I recommend you do too. The banter between friends was hilarious! While Penny did a lot of verbal vomit, some of the preggy symptoms was what I could relate to even if it took on a more comedic take. Cheesy but good after serious or dark reads. Light and quirky

Eli, Eli, Eli - probably in my top 5 favorite book boyfriends of all times. Come to think of it, Meghan's characters might hold 3-4 spots out of 5 but I've digressed.

I love a forbidden, secret attraction and boy did these 2 bring the heat! Meghan never disappoints in the spice, nor the laughter. The Vancouver Agitators series is the standard in which I compare all hockey series to. Meghan doesn't just give us a guy and a girl and look they like each other, conflict, happy ending. She builds a story that you can picture and feel. I felt like I was sitting in front of the fire in Eli's place, fanning myself from the sexual tension. Eli swept me off my feet from the start, while Penny took me a little while to come around to, I blame that on her pregnancy hormones :)

If you like hockey books, if you like love, if you like spice, and if you love to laugh - read this book. Read the entire series. Just do it.

Audiobook Review: Those Three Little Words (Vancouver Agitators) by Meghan Quinn, Narrated by Kelsey Navarro and Teddy Hamilton

Quinn takes a charming comedy of errors and creates an unforgettable romance. Eli is the sweetest blend of heartbreaker and closet romantic. He keeps his emotions hidden, but his actions speak louder than words. Penny is adorably clueless. She yearns to be happy, yet fears the risk of it all. What ensues is a chaotic storm of irresistible that dares to be humorous. Navarro and Hamilton turn up the volume on an already delicious duet. With heart deep enough to swim in and chemistry that turns sparks into a flame, Those Three Little Words is an adorkable temptation that's sure to leave a smile on your face.

The pranks are ridiculous, she’s immature and insufferable. I actually would have preferred Eli have ended up with someone else.
She’s described as sexiness personified but she’s flabbergasted that she’s getting attention from men? She’s described as having a loving family and always knowing she’s loved but loses her complete mind, makes up scenarios and pranks her significant other even though she knows about his past?
Very self involved.
Eli is a dumbass but it’s at least explained. Mentioning Penny had 1 boyfriend that said she was bad in bed and then suddenly that makes her insecure about everything that’s not related to bedroom is ridiculous. Going out with Eli’s rival just to ruffle his feathers even when her friend told her not to. I was done with her.

The book = ⭐️⭐️⭐️

the idea of this book and the beginning of this book were pretty good…and then it got bad. the female main character became very childish and annoying and the male main character was low key annoying the whole time.

The mfc was ridiculously immature & irritating, and as a previously pregnant person - yeah she was a no for me. I’d love to box her one on one. She was a psychotic baby & her son was probably born with more maturity than her. Eli is a precious man. As a Meghan Quinn stannnn I give this a 4 overall but I give Penny a 2.

DNF. I got this on the audible sale and I want my money back. IMO this was ....so cringe and annoying. The main character is 'so drop dead gorgeous everyone is in love with her but she doesn't realize it. she's just a quirky girl that rambles away'... you get the point. The rambles here are the worst. She literally goes on about nothing at all for pages...minutes at a time. When I saw that I still had 6 hours left... I couldn't do it. That's what bothered me the most though- the insecure unaware quirky girl. "there is no way he could like me. I'm just his best friend's sister. I'm some lame girl who just cant stop talking. you see what i mean? oh my god i am so embarassing..." and so on. no thank you. next
