“It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important.”

One of the first books I read after a long time. Everyone knows this, and that is for a reason. Is this the most beautiful book in the world or the creepiest one? I don’t know, depends on your age, and on what you thought the story was about.

At one point, I have read this book as a night story to my 5-6 year old son. He asked me to read it over and over again. I did it, and I never complained. Every time I read it, once the little one was asleep, I continued to reflect on the different elements of writing and surprising meanings of each sentence for a so called grown up. Beautiful, charming. It was the first time I have not only rationally understood but also I felt the usefulness and power of reading texts again and again.
