I have read my fair share of Agatha Christie (over 30+) and I've even solved quite a few before it was revealed but not in this one.

Master of misdirection.

Not only did I not solve it...the person I ruled out first turned out to be the person that did it.
A really good puzzle.

I would have rated it higher but I wasn't all that connected to any of the characters so there was no emotional investment, the book just turned out to be a puzzle for me and that's fine but it's also going to get you a 3 star rating every time.

Marked this as my first "Hercule Poirot case" favourite, note that I have only read 3 of them. Less psychological talks, more sentiments. Poirot is not always present, which is good, it gave me some time to breath.

It's Agatha Christie - what more needs to be said?

OK, one thing this reinforced for me is that Christie wrote characters and dryly comedic narration so well, her books are eminently re-readable, even though they're mysteries. That's saying something!

Pues muy bien. Pero como ya me lo había leído, a mitad del libro recordé quién, cómo y por qué y se me chafó la diversión.

I liked this one. The characters were developed enough. I thoroughly enjoyed everyone's ramblings. It is like all books are parallel worlds in this series. So when time traveller moves a chair, there is a new ending. It was an easy enjoyable read.
Good time spent. I would recommend.
