I don’t know how to feel about this one. I was enjoying it up until the last 20%, but then it started going down hill for me once the mystery started unraveling. The “shock factor” didn’t really land well with me and some of the interactions in the back part of the book made me uncomfortable in the wrong way. Overall a decent read, but I really got thrown out of it towards the end.

This is a good story. I took some points off for the child abuse. It was a lot and disturbing and left me feeling so bad. So, while it is a good story, I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, it is not a light read, it definitely left me feeling sad and stressed
