First just want to say that I love the reminder that Jessica Cruz ended up coming along for the ride here; she’s not one of the ‘gods’ of this system or anything like that. She also didn’t bring a lantern with her, since this wasn’t exactly a planned trip. That reminder brought the reality down hard.
The um…family dynamics in this issue were interesting as well. I can’t say that I agreed with both sides of the issue, because obviously I can’t. But I will be curious to see how it plays out.
