It’s adorable in the way a group of girlfriends gets together over chocolate when they have problems. The problems themselves (most of them) are the problem of this book and how they stumble through them to neatly resolve without getting in any trouble.

I found myself really enjoying this rollercoaster ride.

From its ups and downs with Lucy's love life to peaking through my fingers *not literally* when Chantel kept on cheating on her husband. I loved Auttmns and Naidas stories, their stories were my favourites because they were about almost real things. You know it could be possible a brother gets himself in trouble and leans on his sister and drags her into his mess. I'm also very aware of a couple that were mixed race and the woman was disowned from her family because of it, so this is also possible and then her husband isn't perfect.

I'm glad I read this, this perked me up.

I was going to give it a 3.5 but the cover I got and the ending helps predictable, but it's adorable and reads like a hallmark movie. If ur a fast reader (which I am not) you can easily finish this in a weekend TRIGGER WARNINGS THOUGH at first the lead character is belemic, meaning she throws up on purpose it only happens once though

But if ur into chick flicks u can read then by all means it's so cute

Chicklit about chocolate... a golden combination for sure. And as the title promisses, this is an entertaining read about four women who get toghether in a coffeehouse slash chocolaterie, which is positively to die for. They share laughs and tears and complain about men, so nothing new there. Of course there is some romantic action of the 'romantic spark - misunderstanding - all will fail - surprising turn - all is well'-kind. The four main characters cover a good deal of the usual types (perfectionist careerwoman, weight-struggeling but lively not-so-careerwoman, stay-at-home mum who wants more out of life, rich vegan charity worker who has to learn to love), so most readers wil recognise themselves at least partly in one of them.

Good in its genre.
Point of criticism: It's kind of self-destructive to read this while on a diet.

A likeable enough chick lit book read as a result of reading the third book in the series the chocolate lovers Christmas. Centres Round 4 friends, Lucy, Chantel, Nadia and Autumn who share a love of chocolate. The main character Lucy has many experiences some of them very far fetched. But the themes of the book are friendships, relationships and their adventures. But a pleasant chick lit book, with added chocolate so whats not to like.

Took me a few chapters to get into this novel but I soon found myself gripped to the characters individual story lines. I couldn't put it down. It's a lovely novel about true friendship and the trials it will help get you through. I know this book is part of a series and I will definitely be continuing it to see where the characters end up.
