Sparse, exceptionally elegant, dialogue-driven novel about a woman who, along with her two young children, is abandoned by her husband.
Not always easy to swallow (or follow, thanks to some quirks in the translation from the original French), this novel takes a close look at the motives behind, and the devastating fallout caused by adultery. This book is not for everyone, and arrives at some uncomfortable conclusions about relationships and love. If you're looking for an intimate little novel that teases through difficult ideas, though, I think you'd like this.

داستان زنی با دو فرزند که همسرش او را رها کرده و پی عشق جدید رفته است. این مرد که به عنوان یک شخصیت در داستان وجود ندارد باید از روی حرف های همسر و پدرش شناخته شود. اینکه یک نفر چطور بدون فکر به بقیه تصمیم به این مهمی میگیره فقط و فقط از روی خودهواهی. اینکه چه بر سر همسر و فرزندانش میاد. اما در نهایت این کتاب سعی میکنه دید متفاوتی به مسیله خیانت داشته باشه. جملات تاثیر گذار زیادی توی کتاب هست و همین شاید روند یکنواخت کتاب رو اندکی تلطیف کنه.ه
